At WishLadder, your privacy matters to me — especially given the nature of the work I do. This page explains, simply, what information I collect through this website and how it’s used.

What I Collect

When you reach out through the contact form, WhatsApp, or book a session, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to share in your message. If you book a session, some of this information is also handled by Delenta, the platform I use for scheduling and client management.

How It’s Used

Your information is used only to respond to you, schedule and manage sessions, and keep session notes for continuity of care. Anything shared with me in the context of a session is treated as confidential. I don’t use your information for marketing without asking you first, and I never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who Sees It

Only me, and Delenta, as the platform that supports scheduling — Delenta is GDPR compliant. I don’t share your information with any other third party unless you’ve asked me to, or I’m required to by law.

How Long I Keep It

I keep contact and session information for as long as it’s needed to support your care, or until you ask me to delete it — whichever comes first. You’re welcome to ask me at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask me to see what information I hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete it. Just email me and I’ll take care of it.

Website Analytics

This website does not currently use analytics tools. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it. No personal data is ever sold or used for advertising.
