- Nature of Services
WishLadder offers Psychotherapy, Counselling, and Life Coaching. These services are intended to support personal growth, self-understanding, and emotional wellbeing. They are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a local emergency service or crisis helpline immediately rather than reaching out through this website.
- Scope of Practice
Pooja Alex is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Mumbai University) and a PG Diploma in Counselling (TISS), and an ICF-trained Life Coach. Services do not include psychiatric diagnosis, prescription of medication, or treatment requiring a licensed medical doctor. Where appropriate, you may be referred to a psychiatrist or other medical professional.
- Accounts & Booking
As part of booking a session through [Delenta], you will provide personal information such as your name, email, and phone number. This information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account, and for all activity under your account.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24hrs notice. Its completely at the discretion of the therapist.
- No Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, though we’re happy to discuss rescheduling where reasonable notice is given. Refunds, where considered, are at Our sole discretion.
- No Warranties
Therapy, counselling, and coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own engagement, circumstances, and readiness for change. While We are committed to providing thoughtful, professional support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your experience and progress will be individual to you.
- Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is treated as confidential. Confidentiality may be broken only in the following circumstances:
Where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or another person.
Where disclosure is required by law or a court order.
- Intellectual Property Statement
The contents of this Website — including text, images, logo, and other materials — are owned by WishLadder and protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for any limited license expressly granted to you (e.g., downloading a worksheet for personal use), these Terms do not grant you any ownership or right to reproduce, publish, distribute, or exploit any of this Content.
Use of client content: WishLadder does not solicit or publish client testimonials on this website. Clients are free to share feedback with Us directly, or publicly on platforms such as Instagram or Google Reviews, entirely at their own discretion. Session content and anything shared in confidence during sessions will never be used publicly.
- Termination
We may elect to discontinue offering Services at Our discretion. You may end your engagement with Us at any time by written notice.
- Miscellaneous
These Terms may not be modified except in writing. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive Our right to do so later. Should any part of these Terms be found unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai/Thane, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
